Abbey - nuts

Just a little more nonsense from Abbey. I have a small business account and a saver account. The saver account has only £100 in it and hasn't been used for a few months - I don't really need it.
I get a message on my internet banking to say the savings account has been disabled. I ring a few times to get through - maybe only 30 mins waiting in total - Go through 7 - yes 7 - security questions to be told that because of non use the account has been disabled. I say I do not need it so would they transfer the balance to my current account. Oh no they say because of 'company policy' I first have to pay in more money to the account to 'activate it' and when this is cleared they can then transfer the balance and close the account. - nuts
