You might be better advised saying to them something along the lines of "employer payroll error led to (very) temporary overdraft which I addressed immediately I became aware of it (on the same day), any chance of waiving the charge on a one-off goodwill basis, given 20 years of exemplary account conduct [blah, blah]?" - it seems a bit of an overreaction to move when they haven't actually done anything wrong but your choice!Madscientist wrote: »Well no overdraft fee charge from Nat west as they edited all transactions after couple of days and credited my account before debited it.
