RBS Debit Cards & Sort Code

Do you know if / when England & Wales will go back to issuing the sort code on their cards as W&G not going ahead

And

In Scotland, are RBS Debit cards stylised 'Royal Bank of Scotland' or is it still 'RBS' with the naff arrowy logo in bluey/green?

My "new" debit card from them ..albeit from about 5 months ago... is a purpley colour with "Royal Bank of Scotland". Do a google images search for RBS debit card and you'll see what it looks like, first result on the page!

Scottish customers get the new card design.

If you live in England and Wales you get the old card design.

(This might have changed now though)

Does it really matter what it says on the card or the colours lol. As long as it works and has money available that's all you need...

I used to like it in the old days when they scanned your signature into your card and you had your photograph on the back.
