BBVA charged me EUR 1.87 to withdraw EUR 200, the charge was mentioned before the DCC option was displayed so presume it applied whether or not you chose DCC. Less than 1% so didn't bother trying to find another ATM.
If you search in the forum, there are still few ATMs in Spain do not charge reported in this forum. But anyway it seems it is just a matter of time before other Banks in Spain will start charging for using their ATMs.0 -
