Msxml????

Looking through my add and delete programmes list, i am keen to delete as many things out of it that i dont need as the list is getting quite long.

Can someone tell me what MSXML 4.0 SP2 is please?

I also have MSXML 6.0 Parser loaded.

Neither of them i know what they do. I did a quick search on google but they seem to be some sort of Microsoft bug fix. If i need it on my pc, do i need both versions?

How big are they? If you don't know what they do it's usually better to leave them in place. Bug fixes don't usually take up much room anyway.

They dont take up much room at all. 2.68 and 1.32 mb each but the frequency of use says they are used rarely.

if its a microsoft bug fix then i would leave well alone as it may well be something that u need

They are both used by Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office and other programs you might have installed which need them.
