Trouble with my energy company (toto energy)

Hi guys n gals
I'm at a bit of a lose end, I recently moved to toto energy roughly 3 months ago.
For the last month I've been getting calls from them regarding my smart meter installation and have told them now atleast 4 times that I am not available during working hours l, as I work and was not willing to have time off for it. On the 3rd occasion I asked them to take my number off there file and then did this for the next four calls.
The number of calls has over the last two weeks massively ramped up and I am now getting on adv 4 calls a day( some days one the most seven) is the harrasment?
So two days ago I lodged a formal complaint with one of the team leaders at the call centre. I was told I'd hear back the next day and they would take my contact number from the sales team file and allow me to leave no charges, they told me they would email me the next day to confirm this.
So 48 hours on no email and another 8 sales calls(different call center to the complaint one) and now I've been waiting a call back for two hours what can I do???

I wouldn't trust a verbal complaint as you are relying on the person you talked to to actually create one.
Only use written communication and head it up with the words "Official Complaint". The 2 written methods are detailed on

If you use the postal method, make sure you send it signed for on delivery. Also insist that all communication to be in writing only.0
