hi
i have just had an alert on my equifax account and it is saying that EQUIFAX VIA RBS (hd decisions) have made an inquiry against my credit report......
who the heck are they? i have had my mortgage 1 week and i have not applied for any loan/credit other than a natwest online loan query to see if i may be accepted,it says there will be no damage to my credit file/rating.
should i be concerned?

RBS are the Royal Bank of Scotland. Natwest are part of that group.
From what you say it's a soft search, so no cause for concern.0 -
You should be concerned if your rating decreases
NOT, dont bealarmed if your rating goes down.0
