Been a happy customer for around 2 years with no major problems I get Annual Line rental only from Directsave
Arrived home on Wednesday this week to find no internet connection contacted my ISP they said they had received a cessation on the line and I no longer had an internet service from them because of it,Contacted DirectSave they said they had received a request from a solicitor (they told me their name) to cease my service.I had absolutely no idea what this was all about so questioned it with the DirectSave customer service rep,she told me she had no more information and once she had the information she would contact me,
They never rang me so I contacted them my self got the same rep and she said "oh it was an error and the line is reconnected now " !!No apology or anything !!!
I contacted my ISP and they said as the account had been "cancelled" I would have to reorder my service from them and it had a minimum of 10 days before they could reconnect me, and there would be charges! so I went ahead but they said the line was still not active and I would have to wait 24 hours!
After 24 hours the line was still not active,DirectSave had reconnected me but had changed the telephone number !!
Never known anything like this before !! whats the thoughts of the members on here ?
