Unknown restrictive covenants

Hi,
Is there a way to find out what are the exact covenants are (where its not specified in Land Registry document, but it says they exists)? I know you can buy indemnity insurance for it however,
If its unknown at the time of purchase and it crops up later date and if it's something like 'right of a way for the neighbours for their bin' then its sort of a law in which case it may not be covered by indemnity insurance (I think).
Is there a way find out what exatly are these covenants?
Any idea?

I've been able to find out about restrictive covenants that I wasn't aware existed on a property before now by looking on the Register entry for that property that the Land Registry holds and up they came on that property and I wasnt even aware they existed and so wasnt looking for them. Cost £3 online or £7 as paperwork.
Anyone can buy that from LR.0 -
If they are mentioned in the Title Register at the LR, in most cases it will refer to their source eg "in a conveyance/Deed dated xxx between abc and efg there are covenantsblah blah..." If it then says 'Copy filed' that means the LR holds the Conveyance referred to. You can apply for a paper copy for £7.
If it does not say 'copy filed' then the LR probably does not have a copy.
Either the Beneficiary of the covenant, and/or the obligated party, may hold the original. Where this relates to a property you on, you should have received the document on purchase.0
