The prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Tickets to the Jeremy Kyle show and one night’s stay Manchester
Four tickets for the winner and three (3) companions to attend the Jeremy Kyle show with back stage passes and (subject to availability) a meet and greet with Jeremy Kyle. The Jeremy Kyle show will take place on a Thursday or Friday between 1 November 2017 and 31 May 2018 at MediaCityUK in Manchester (subject to availability). Specific dates will be specified by the Jeremy Kyle Production Team. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

The prize also includes hotel accommodation for one (1) night on a bed and breakfast basis based on two people sharing a twin or double room or one (1) family room at a minimum 4* hotel in Manchester (subject to availability and as determined by the Prize Provider).

The prize also includes:
· return economy class travel from the UK mainland rail station or major city airport nearest to the winner’s home address (as determined by the Prize Provider) to a Manchester train station or Manchester Airport, up to a maximum cost of £200 per person;
· private transfers to and from the winner’s hotel and the Manchester train station or Manchester Airport; and
· transfers to and from the winner’s hotel to MediaCityUK, Manchester.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up by May 2018 and the tickets to the show and travel to and accommodation in Manchester must be taken up at the same time. The winner’s companion(s) must be aged 16 or over. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that Jeremy Kyle show does not take place as specified for any reason or Jeremy Kyle is unavailable for the meet and greet for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes, return transportation between the winner’s home address and the closest mainline station or airport (as determined by the Prize Provider), meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
