If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

X Factor Tickets
This element of the Prize consists of four tickets for the winner and three companions to attend one X Factor Live Show in London between the dates of 28 October 2017 to 26 November 2017. The winner has the discretion to choose one X Factor Live Show date (either a Saturday or a Sunday) within that period (date to be chosen by the winner within 2 working days of being notified of winning), subject to availability and any other restrictions which may apply. The tickets will be sent to the winner within 28 days of the winner selecting the date. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the chosen date.

The winner and their companions acknowledge that if the show does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

This Morning Backstage Tour and Styling session
This element of the prize consists of a backstage tour of the This Morning Studio for the winner and three companions. This will take place during the same weekend as the date chosen by the winner for the X Factor tickets (as described above) to be arranged as follows: if the winner chooses an X Factor Live Saturday date, the This Morning backstage tour will take place on the preceding Friday; if the winner chooses an X Factor Live Sunday date, the This Morning backstage tour will take place on the subsequent Monday. The session will last approximately 30 minutes at the This Morning Studio and will include meeting the crew and seeing the set, green room and gallery. The prize also includes a styling session lasting approximately 1 hour with the This Morning styling team including, subject to availability, hair and makeup styling.

Travel and accommodation
The prize also includes hotel accommodation at the Rosewood Hotel in London for one (1) night on a bed and breakfast basis for 4 people based on two people sharing either a double or twin room (to be chosen by the winner and notified to ITV within 2 working days of being notified of winning) during the weekend chosen by the winner for the X Factor tickets and This Morning backstage tour as detailed above. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The prize also includes return travel between a UK mainline train station near the winner’s home address and a London mainline train station during the weekend chosen by the winner as described above. The Travel will be arranged and booked for the winner by ITV Consumer Limited.
