The prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the prize consists of a Mercedes Benz GLA 200 Sport Premium including first registration fee, road tax for the first year and approximately £30 worth of fuel. Subject to availability, this includes the winner’s choice of exterior colour from Obsidian black, brilliant blue, Iridium silver, Diamond silver, Cavansite Blue or Selenite Grey.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, current driver’s licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport, and proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize.

Four night stay at Cliveden House and Spa
This element of the prize consists of four (4) nights’ accommodation at Cliveden House and Spa staying in a two bedroomed parterre suite or Spring Cottage on a bed & breakfast basis for the winner and 3 companions, excluding any drinks. Subject to availability, this element of the prize additionally includes:

· dinner on one night for four people in the Andre Garrett Restaurant up to a maximum value of £72.50 per person (a la carte), excluding drinks;
· dinner in The Astor Grill up to a maximum value of £35 per person for four people on one night, excluding drinks;
· set menu lunch in the spa for four people on one day, excludes drinks;
· access to the National Trust grounds (including admission charges) for the winner and three companions for the duration of the stay;
· subject to available treatments, two one-hour spa treatments per person for the winner and three companions (companions must be aged 18 or over to receive treatments and treatments not used by companions aged under 18 can be used by the winner or companions aged over 18); and
· one champagne river cruise for four people to sail along the Cliveden Reach for approximately 45 minutes (including champagne for adults and soft drinks for children).

The winner must book the stay to occur within 12 months from the date the winner is informed of the prize. This is subject to booking availability and excludes the following dates/periods: 23 December 2017 – 3 January 2018, Valentine’s Day 2018, and Easter 2018.

Final Tickets
This element of the prize consists of four tickets for the winner and three companions to attend The X Factor Final at ExCeL London on Saturday 2 December 2017. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant date.

This element of the prize also includes hotel accommodation for one (1) night, on Saturday 2 December 2017 at a 4 star hotel for 4 people near ExCeL London based on two twin/double rooms or one family room. This includes a buffet breakfast for four people. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
