I really enjoy my job. If I won big on the lotto I don't know if I'd stop working - what on earth would I get out of bed for if I didn't work.
I'm nearly 50, I'm not looking forward to retirement, some of my colleagues are.

A job is whatever you make of it.

You can choose to love it or hate it.

I think it is a person's attitude towards their job that can make it enjoyable (or not) rather than the job itself.

If a job is dull, you need to try and make it more fun!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    Undertakers take note!

I wonder how many of those sampled were on minimum wage or working at places like Shirebrook. Last place I worked at half of them wouldn't have even been able to understand the survey as they spoke little English.

It's more likely that two thirds don't hate their job rather than enjoy it. I don't hate mine but I still get that Monday morning feeling. However I'm paid well, I'd be bored not working, and part of my identity and self-esteem is linked to doing well professionally so I wouldn't change things and not work. If i won the lottery I would give up my job but I'd need something to fill my time and give me a sense of achievement.
Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!
