Hello
Does anyone have any non 08700 numbers or email addresses for Pixmania - a notoriously difficult company to contact.
I ordered a camera off them - great price - and shelled out for superfast delivery because I'm off on holiday but the camera hasn't turned up and now I am trapped in a labyrinth of misinformation, telephone trees, 08700 phone loops, automated email responses and wasted time.
My lesson learned: Bargains are great but soemtimes just popping into John Lewis is better.
