I recently suffered an extremely acrimonious and costly divorce where fees alone were in the tens of thousands.Thankfully i survived, however i do not want my own excellent credit record to be associated, joined in any way shape or form to that of my ex. How do i expedite removing her from my credit record...other than a small joint mortgage there are no other credit products in joint names

While you continue to have joint financial products (ie your mortgage) I do not believe that a notice of disassociation can be filed.
You'll remain linked until that is paid off.0 -
