Still rising and you cashed out?

Topped out at around $2.50 soon after i sold.
So I missed out on an extra £50 but better safe than sorry.
The transaction took forever (over 2 hours!) to be confirmed.

It's now dropped back to $1.50

But I made enough to cover my electricity bill for most of the next 12 months ;) so there's that...

Don't do it, it's a ponzi scheme, guaranteed to end badly for 98% and end very well indeed for 2%.

People have been saying that for years and still hasn't popped yet.

But mining you could argue doesn't cost anything but in the end it does because the cost of the electricity out ways what you make.

But I'm all for answering peoples questions instead of telling them not to do it blah blah. Answer the question then put that at the end.

...and you just happened across this old thread and decided to revive it to tell us all this.
just like you have been doing on other sub forums

Well, as this thread has already been revived, can I ask a question? Would you invest in cryptocurrency today? For example, in Bitcoin or Ethereum? I think, there is a type of mining that's relevant now, but it is important to check forecasts and read reviews on cryptocurrency as people can share useful info that can help. And it has to be noted, there are and always will be people who are skeptic of investing in cryptocurrency in general, there is no relevant time for them. Personally I wouldn't mine Ethereum now, but it's only my opinion, maybe other people think different, and again it is better to check the latest news about this currency.

Thread revived by a spammer who got banned and you created an account soon after and followed the same posting format. Your rather predictable.
