Bank casheer deposited low cash

We're do I stand?
I went into Barclays today deposited £500 cash with a casheer and she gave me a receipt! I didn't check the receipt or my account till the evening and there was only £100 deposited and receipt said cash £100!!! We're is the £400?????

    They keep detailed records, go back and tell them the £400 extra they found when they cashed up is yours.

    update us with the result after you have been back to bank assuming of course it really happened

    Speak to your bank ?

    Did the cashier not ask how much you were paying in and confirm it with you ?
