so, if you get confirmation that the debt is £4400 it will take around 15 months to clear the arrears.
if you talk to them and explain about the children in your household then there is no reason why they would not reduce your payments to clear the arrears in 2 years -£183.33 pm
unless
you have not told the whole story here and the CSA can see from their records that there have been a lot of missed payments or attempts to avoid payment when they will just keep the DEO at £277pm.
10 years for a case to be in enforcement would indicate to me that there has been an issue with payments during this period
