Cleaning white PVC garden table

Will soon need to pack it away for winter but want to clean the surface first which has become rather stained and discoloured over summer. I've tried washing with Flash which has only achieved partial success and the surface now seems to have lost the initial shine which the matching chairs still have.
Any ideas please?

I use barkeepers friend for cleaning upvc window sills and door if it gets marks on, its brilliant. I think sainsburys sells it, home bargains I think do as well

Does it remove black mould stains which have accumulated on UPVC plastic window beading? Nothing I've tried so far has worked.

I used a dedicated upvc cleaner from Betterware (I think) - worked really well (it's a it like a less aggressive Cif). Car polish will bring back the shine after if needed.
