Just revived letter from bank saying they will uphold my complaint of the miss selling of my packaged account but will deduct &5 per month as I used the £100 interest free overdraft facility at my calculation this is 50% APR on £100 can anyone advise if this is correct as I believe on a fee free account the interest would off been substantially lower ?

Difficult to know without any details of which bank account this was and how much you actually used the overdraft.0

This was. Arclays additions and I used the overdraft regularly but payed interest on everything over £100 at a very low APR if the bank agree package account was Miss sold surely they should make a full refund and charge interest on the £100 ?0

Their standard account charges 75p a day for being overdrawn. Would you prefer them to apply that charge?0
