Hi

I recently got in touch with Santander and gave them as much detail as I could about an old loan which I didnt have paperwork for - this was with Abbey National probably around 1995. No matter how much detail I gave them they couldnt find it and closed my enquiry. Is there any way I can find details of old loans etc without the paperwork?
