When will a hard search show on my credit file?

Hi all, I am in the process of a mortgage application whereby a full DIP and application (hard-search) was completed on Friday last week (25th August). When will this update and show on my credit files? I use Noddle, Clear Score and have paid for the £15 Experian report just for this month (due to the mortgage application).

I still can't see any searches being carried out, can anyone advise when these will appear?

A few weeks at least.

As soon as it is done. So if you produce a report at 9am, and they run the check at 10am, it wont show until you next produce a report - which is probably the next day (Equifax allow one per day, not sure on Experian).


If you check daily I would recommend holding out until later on in the day.
