MSE Credit Club

I just signed up to MSE Credit Club. The dashboard states that I have 'N/A' chance of getting each of the different types of credit card and when I look under credit card eligibility, a long list of cards appears but against each is written 'no eligibility score'. Is this suggesting that I have zero chance of getting a credit card (my guess) or is it some kind of glitch or has it some other meaning?
