Any address info for reclaiming PPI on Barclaycard Masterloan?

I took out a £10k Barclaycard Masterloan (Liverpool) in 2004, I have the reference number and date it was paid into my bank. although no original paperwork.
I don't know if I need to contact Barclaycard, Barclays bank, or some other organisation as Masterloan Liverpool no longer exist. Can anyone advise please?
