How do you make a claim against Abbey National and/or Cheltenham & Gloucester who are both now closed?

Santander take on Abbey National complaints.
Lloyds Bank takes on C&G complaints. Although C&G didnt have that many PPI sales (For many years, they didnt sell any insurance and told people to use IFAs).
The above assumes that those building societies actually sold the PPI. If third parties did (such as brokers, advisers, estate agents, accountants etc) then the lender is not liable.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
