They rejected these appeals on the 9th September and said they would provide me with 28 days to provide further evidence. As I don't have the ticket I can't do this, so have been awaiting the POPLA code.

you mean PARKING charge notice , not PENALTY

yes you can ask them for a popla code

alternatively, you could report them to the BPA for failure to adhere to the BPA CoP on appeals (35 days for a decision or cancellation)

if you do email the BPA, enclose copies of all correspondence etc
