How long do I have to wait for a new Goldfish card

My Goldfish card expired on the 30th Sept and I haven't had a replacement. I had a letter saying there was a supply problem. This was sent about 4 days before my card expired therefore to late to make alternative arrangements. My only other card is amex which isn't excepted everywhere. I feel the lateness of the letter was a cynical ploy to stop me applying for another card. If my new card doesn't arrive this week it will be goodbye to GF. It might be time to move anyway
