Just recieved this rather worrying email from Amazon.

We've received information that your Burns Dog Food Original Lamb Adult 15 kg, (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0038PT23K ), bought in your Amazon.co.uk order "redacted", may be unsafe.

The manufacturer, Burns Pet Nutrition, have recently received a small number of customer queries expressing concern over the Burns Adult Original Lamb diet. As a result, they've decided to pause sales of Adult Original Lamb stock with a best before date prior to 25/6/2018 as a precautionary measure.

Have rung them but the lines are obviously swamped and I've been offered a callback. It is quite literally all my dog ever eats.

Just phoned and they say some of the bags have oxidised and when opened a very strong smell. No harm to dogs.
