Secure Trust Bank - online options

I have a 2 yr fixed bond with Secure Trust which I am happy with.
I would love to open another account with them as they have decent interest rates but the lack of online money transfer is what is stopping me.
I also have an easy access account with Charter Savings bank which makes it easy to transfer money around, however their interest rates , although good, are not as attractive as Secure Trust.
According to feefo , Secure trust will have an online deposit facility ' soon' but does anyone have any idea of when that will be.
I have tried to contact them myself to ask, but no reply yet.
