Tuscan villa holiday!

I got an email today to say I've won 3 nights in a Tuscan villa but it says they have a minimum stay of 4 nights. It doesn't say this on the terms and conditions of the competition. They said I have to pay 250 euros!

I don't mind but it's a competition and I've got to pay for flights and transfers already!

Does anyone know what I should do?

Hmm I'd be very weary - Do you remember entering for anything like that? Can you search the comp on here?

    :( What a shame!

    If it was this one

then there is no mention that a 4th night must be paid for (it's bad enough that flights are not included)

You often see timeshare ones where there is a £50 ish admin fee on top of sitting through a presentation but at least they include flights

I would email them saying how disappointed you are as there is nothing in the term and conditions also say you are going to report them for misleading people. There is somewhere you can report unfair competitions but do not know the details

Some good advice here, maybe check out what you could buy last minute for the price of the flights, extra night and meals. Assuming it's self catering as well.
