I've been sent a returns label to print off but it's in pdf format so I've open it with adobe acrobat reader dc but is there a way to see what size it will print and if it's to big how do I resize it to fit a 13cm x 21cm packet. I'm using a Epson xp-202 printer.

If it were me, I would open the pdf in DC , shrink down the window to a suitable size
then use the snipping tool to take a shot of the result and paste that into a word document to print.

Just do print preview and it shows you against the page you choose
Usually they are c50 -
their should be an option in the printer settings (when you press print) to change the scale of what you want printed.
Just reduce it to 80% and see if that fits.Laters
