Credit Searches

Can someone (try) and explain my Equifax Credit search history to me please?
Ny overview says I have five searches recorded, but I can only see three, maybe four (detailed below)
Search 1 shows as a credit search and search type is opt in
Search 2 shows as a credit search and search type is opt in
Search 3 shows as a credit search and search type is opt in
Search 4 shows as a credit search, it is from Hastings Insurance and is opt out
I cannot see five searches
My previous address has the first three searches above plus a search from November 2011, but no Hastings search.
I think I have read that opt out means it wont show, but then the Equifax website states 'Table 1 is a summary of searches which are visible to other companies who search your credit report (you might hear them described as hard searches) and Table 2 is all other searches, which do not show to other companies (you’ll hear these described as soft searches).'

It would help if you were to state if these searches appear in Table 1 or Table 2.
I can't imagine what a search from 2011 is still doing showing on your report.0
