    Good idea in theory. In practice scammers based abroad will pay no attention to the TPS.

    If you look at his forum profile, you'll see that he's already spamming anyway. The whole point of his account is to make his forum profile visible to search engine crawlers. Whether it works as a viable form of spamming, I don't know.

    Ah but you missed out the second part of my post
    That says you don't want to receive any cold calls which prevents legitimate companies contacting you. Then you know everybody who continues to call you is a scam.
