i found this site on facebook before the mayweather fight and found the offer of "free 3 day trial" very inviting as the plan was to use this trial for the mayweather fight and then cancel.
4 hours before the fight i wasn't able to find the stream on their website to view any of the prelims etc.so after sending them a message on their facebook wall and writing a comment asking how to find it and even going onto their website asking via livechat and all without a reply i thought this was really bad and so i went ahead with logging into the site and canceling my order with them (they claim you can cancel anytime and if its within the 3 days trial no charge will be taken).
so i get a email pretty much right away stating they will give me a 50% discount if i stay with them but i either need to reply to that email with me saying "yes please" to the offer or "no thanks". so i made the reply with no thanks.
2 days later i notice they have taken the £30 out my bank account, they have blocked me on facebook as i cant even message them now, so i thought id write a review on trustpilot stating how bad they was and the fact they had charged me well ahead of the 3 day trial ending.
i had also sent them a email asking why they had charged me so early and the fact that i had even cancelled the account well ahead of the cut of date, they replyied with this "When you delete Your post on trustpilot We Will do a refund.".
i have had to reword my trustpilot review just so i can get a refund
shocking company.

Have you considered going to your bank?
If the money was taken by Direct Debit, then under the terms of the Direct Debit Guarantee, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank. Then cancel the Direct Debit.
If it was on a card, tell them that it was an unauthorised transaction and ask for a refund. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
