Laundrette washing machine temperatures?

Hi,
I washed my king size duvet for the first time  yesterday, in the local laundrette. I chose 'medium' temp as I thought 'high' might be boil wash and I didn't want to risk trashing the duvet, but it came out less clean than than I would have expected for a 40 degree wash. It wasn't dirty as such but the tea stains didn't fade at all. Does any one have any idea what Low, Medium and High are approximatly in degrees? Did I pick the wrong one?

No idea what the laundrette temps are but they should be able to tell you. Optimum for bedding is 60C as that kills mites.
