Late statement from Nationwide?

I have a Nationwide select card that normally produces a statement on the 25th of each month. This month it hasn't done that which I thought was possibly due to the bank holiday but 2 days later still no sign of the statement.
Anyone else having issues similar to this?
I just like to pay my balance on time so I don't get any charges.

I assume you are looking on line. If the statement has not been produced yet how can you be late paying and get charges ?0

Same here; Nationwide seem to be unbelievably slow this month (I suppose they're blaming the bank holiday). I've found that the select CC statement is sometimes unavailable; they seem to be constantly fiddling with the mobile app.
I assume the payment will be roughly on the same date as it was last month, so I'm hoping they get their act together before then. I pay in full by DD so there won't be any interest; it's just a petty irritation that it should be available, but isn't!A cunning plan, Baldrick? Whatever it was, it's got to be better than pretending to be mad; after all, who'd notice another mad person around here?.......Edmund Blackadder.0 -

Yes I pay for absolutely everything on my CC and also for my wifes business so need to transfer money between accounts in order to be able to pay it off in full every month. I don't want to be guessing what I need to transfer.0 -

You don't need to guess, your own records that you use to reconcile the statement to ensure it is correct will tell you how much you need to pay.0 -

My statement date with Nationwide Select is normally the 11th.
This month I didn't get the email until about the 16th/17th and was checking the online banking every day. The statement eventually showed up about the 16th/17th but was still dated as the 11th. All transactions made after the 11th did now show on that statement.
Looks like an error on Nationwides behalf affecting many users.0 -
Same issue with me, my statement is overdue. I'm going to pay it anyway just in case!0

I have just discovered what appears to be a glitch on the Nationwide online banking website that may explain the apparent late statements.
My current statement date is 3rd September but when I click on the account it shows 3rd August as the most recent statement. However, if I highlight the manage statement option on the drop down menu and then click on GO it takes me to the PDF download and the 3rd September statement is there.
Edit: I have just noticed that the statement is dated 4th September but the statement is not yet online and I can only see it by downloading the PDF.
Edit 2: At the moment the mobile app is still only showing the 3rd August statement.0 -
Mine also shows 3 August as the most recent statement, but on the "recent transactions" tab it shows the payment due date is 29 September and the next statement is due on 4 October. As you say, I can download the PDF of the September statement.0
