You don't have an idea of the weather in feb? its a special occasion so that's why were going in Feb.0 -
Yup - we do too, the "free" walking tours have to be good otherwise they won't make much in tips! Though the groups can sometimes be big, we did one in Rome with maybe 40 people - but we also did this one http://romesultimate.com/free-walking-tour/ which you have to pre-book, because they strictly limit the numbers, and it was excellent and you get much better interaction with the guide in a smaller groupDunno how much those tours might cost but have you checked out the 'free' walking tours.
We do them in all the cities which offer them and they really are good.
OK you are asked to give a tip at the end, we usually give 20 euro but it still works out quids cheaper than the paid tours.
The free walking tour guides are very knowledgeable.0 -
