How to find a good cleaner? (Guildford-Woking area)

I need to find a good/reliable cleaner, but I've run out of options..I used to have an agency but the last 3 ones they've sent were really bad, and none of my friends or co-workers know anyone with availability.

We both work full time so we can't be home when they come, and I don't want to trust a stranger with my house keys.

Any ideas??
