Banking error?

I recently had some monies of which i used some to pay off a credit card balance approx 6500. After i paid this off in a branch, now looking at my online statment i have noticed that the credit card balance is 130 CR and it has been taken out of my current account and then put back in by a correction. Is this a fault by the bank? What will happen if i leave it? Will i have to pay if the bank notices the error? Any ideas?

You need to see your credit card statement (can you do this online?) to see if there is a corresponding amount in or out of that account.
It may be that your credit card provider does not allow you to put your card in credit and that at the date of you paying them that situation might have arisen.
By today other transactions might have gone through onto your card account so look at this before doing anything with the money.0
