ombudsman rejection

hi
my ppi claim has been dropped by the financial ombudsman because I am not with my partner anymore and dont know where she is so cannot provide the 2 signatures required for them to proceed?. I had a similar ppi claim queried by santander but after stating why should I be penalised because I dont know where my ex is after all these years and I only want 50% of the claim (my half) and they obliged so why can this not be standard as there must be thousands of couples split up and dont always keep in contact for what ever reason

Odd that in your other thread from 2016, the reason the Ombudsman rejected your complaint was that they could find no evidence of you even having PPI at all..
