Credit score -cannot verify identity

Hi,

My new partner has just tried to find his credit rating ( he had some adverse credit history in the past) but was turned down both by Noddle and Credit Club saying that his identity couldn't be verify. We checked all his details and tried for a couple of times but got the same result. Funny enough he has just got a new mobile phone contract so obviously they done his credit checks and it was satisfactory enough for the contract.

Any ideas why that happened and what can we do to find about his rating?

Corrected 2 things there, its the credit history or credit file he is trying to get. Credit ratings are only see by us and no 1 else.

The credit club as in the MSE Credit Club ?

Has he tried Clearscore ?

Thank you for correcting. The credit club is the MSE Credit Club, checked all his personal details and used past 6 years addresses but still no luck.

He hasn't tried Clearscore, would you recommend to try?

Its the third agency lenders can check.

As to why you cant get verified by Noddle or MSE Credit club I cant answer, maybe give them a call or at least speak to Experian since they provide the data for MSE credit club.

Thank you, the issue was solved in a couple of days after the post and we were able to view his data.
