Is Metro now worth keeping?

I opened a Metro Bank current account to replace our defunct N&P Account. There are all these new startups with free worldwide ATM access & I'm thinking of closing the the MB one.
We also don't live very close to a branch for the late / weekend opening and it doesn't have anything else very competitive that i can see. Are there any reasons to retain it that I'm missing?

Have a look at this post that gives some reasons for swapping to the new kids on the banking block, if I was you I'd keep my metro and find another bank your happy with be old or new providers and open a second account up, most people money saving will have many accounts in fact I have 20.

It isn't our second account, rather our 5th!
It's only for holiday spends but isn't cheap outside Europe.
We have a Zero card but used N&P for cash in NZ, US & Canada. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Seems like a candidate for switching. Take a look at MSE's banking section and pick the account that'll net you the most cash and switch. Metro isn't in the top 5 you can certainly do better0
