***UPDATE***
I've now had contact with the owner of Coral, who paid a personal visit to me at my home. After discussing the issues in depth and listening to our side of the story (and us his), we've now reached a resolution and their apology/resolution has been accepted on our side. Not sure if I can remove this post but in the last couple of days Coral have moved quickly and effectively to resolve our issues. We're very pleased with this and glad we can draw a line under our complaint. :T

Just pray that they have sorted all your issues as I expect as time goes by they will be less and less keen to come back out.0 -
Have they rectified the faults?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

How much compensation are you looking for?
If you have provable losses, e.g. lost wages because of keeping appointments, you could write and ask that they reimburse you. If they do not agree you could use Money Claim Online to claim the money back. But that is about all you would be entitled to.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
How stressed were you in monitory terms? How much are you hoping for?0
