Bottom line I'm trying to loose weight 1.5 stones at 1 to 2 lb week. Slow and easy

To help the process I've purchased a Fitbit Charge 2 and it has encouraged me to up my exercise level. I tie that in with MyFitnessPal which encourages me to keep a food dairy. So far so good

I'm looking at buying a set of smart scales. My old scales wobble about quite a bit, they are quite old, so I'm thinking of replacing them with a set of smart scales, anybody here use them and what's your opinion.

These scales seem to range up to a £150 but there are some less expensive ones. I've been looking in particular at the Beurer BF 700, Amazon are selling them at £40 a not unreasonable price. The Beurer BF 700 have a Which? Best Buy tag but a lot of members have given them a big thumbs down. Anyone got these particular scales and what do you think?

I'm certainly interested in your opinion on Smart Scales in general

Kevin

I bought some that did body fat, muscle mass etc. They required me to use my phone to control them and i don't normally bring the phone up to bed in case it goes ping with some random notification after the 'do not disturb' time.
I went back to using the old ones.
