Credit Card Eligibilty Calculator Reliability - Balance Transfer Help

Hi,
I've been using this site to look into 0% balance transfer cards as I've got a Santander 123 card that I've been meaning to try and get rid of for ages. I have £1400 on the card.
I used the eligibility calculator on this site and it came up with 80% chance of approval for 4 Barclaycards and 70% chance for 4 Tesco Cards. I went to the the Barclaycard site and did their eligibility calculator and it said I wasn't eligible for ANY of their cards! I know the calculator on this site is only meant to be a guide, but that's a pretty big difference. Does anyone have experience with a similar result? I'm not sure what to do now, as I don't want to bring my score down anymore.
I was also contemplating the Tesco Low APR Card. Has anyone had experience of this? It's 5.9% APR for your transfer and permanently after that, could be up to 10.9% depending on circumstance. As the banks are looking at restricting lending I'm wondering if this might be a better idea than a 0% card that will go up to 19% after the initial period? As switching cards might become a bit more difficult in the future.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Remember to ignore your credit score.
Try a Tesco application. A couple of applications is nothing to worry about.0
