Hi, as much as I lkie the song on the new samsung ad I am getting 😡 with it. It is coming up at the start of EVERY clip that I watch. Is it possible to block these ads?

    I don't think you can unfortunately but I don't mind that advert, it's certainly one of the least annoying on Youtube
    I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world

    The Chrome add-in Magic Actions for YouTube does a reasonable job

    I wasn't aware that there were adverts on YouTube!
    I use uBlock Origin and Ghostery on Firefox...

    There's plenty of ad blockers available on browser extensions and apps for your phone too.

    Ad blockers don't work on Youtube adverts as far as I can see, I use Adblock but still get Youtube ads, they seem to be embedded into the video.

    A week ago I would have agreed.

    Until this last week ads have only appeared occasionally, now on every single click :mad: not even different ones 🤔

    Put DNS66 on your tablet, stops 99% of all known ads :D

    I use the same as above and NoScript too... never see ads. Do get the very odd popup. Been on there today for a significant time, still no ads.

    Used to have adblock plus and noscript. Now ublock origin and noscript.

    The only adverts i have ever seen are the ones the youtube uploader includes in their video.

    Heres my video sponsored by some adblocker :)

    Never seen a youtube forced ad though.
