British Airways Flights
Promotional travel must be booked by 31st December 2017. Reservation changes are not permitted after booking has been made. Outbound and return promotional travel must be completed by 30th April 2018.

They seem to have fixed it now. Mine went through with email in email box and postcode box isn't compulsory.
