HA gets it wrong

I own a flat in a TVCHA owned block.

I have received this from my property manager.

Under your lease you have no right to use this area for parking, (I do not), loading. unloading deliveries, etc. from any vehicle related to your property ...

So no milk, no post, cannot drop off disabled visitors, cannot allow taxis to the front door.

You will no doubt be able to imagine the tone of my reply to the C.E.O.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

We can imagine - let us know how it unfolds!

What made the HA write to you anyway?

I wrote to them pointing out that their "new and improved" PPC, CPM was just as villainous and corrupt as heir former one, UKPC,

I warned them that, if CPM sought to invoice me, my tenants, family, tradesmen, or visitors, for alleged breaches of their T&C, there would be plenty trouble.

I trust that your letter had multiple copies of Jopson v Homeguard Services attached, with instructions to use the Judgment to wallpaper their offices.

Also a warning that, if their agent obtained and processed personal data relating to any of the above list of parties, they could expect a Court Claim for damages in a sum not exceeding £750, naming both CPM and TVCHA as co-defendants with joint and several liability.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Vicarious liability as it's principal / agent relationship.
