My f-i-l lives by himself and so i'm doing him a
homemade frozen ready meal hamper.
All december i shall cook extra of all my soups, currys, casseroles even stewed apples and fruits, then transfering them over to the plastic takeaway dishes and freezing them i shall add labels and instructions to each and give them to him in a cool box or bag. It wont really cost me anything and i know he'll appreciate it and we're safe in the knowledge that he's not eating junk. Hope this gives you food for thought!0 -

vanilla vodka is yummy and easy. Simply open vodka, take vanilla pod and score down the length to open it and pop in vodka. A few weeks later....voila! You can really taste the vanilla.
