Guys,
I've got a tenement flat refurb ongoing.
Need to have the (now 2 bed) flat repainted except the bathroom.
Hallway needs to have the walls prepared - uneven and has wood chip that needs to be removed. The prior builder did a nasty job of plastering around the doorway so this needs to be smoothed. Ceiling needs to be fixed and cracks replastered.
Floorboards need to be repaired and laminate will be laid (customer supplying)
Living room - ceiling cracks repaired and walls painted. Floorboards to be repaired and sanded
Bedroom 1 - some walls plastered smooth, ceiling replastered over old one. Walls and ceilings painted. Floorboards repaired and plywood sheeted (in preparation for carpet).
Bedroom 2 - floorboards repaired and plywood sheeted. Walls painted (maybe minor replastering needed). Ceiling painted.
All paint supplied by builder.
All the above for circa £2500
What do you guys think? Thanks.
OMM

I guess plastering and painting quotes are hard to give an opinion on, judging by other threads on this board.Tough times never last longer than tough people.0 -

Has the builder told you how many days. It's difficult to judge without pictures but if you can work our per day rate it will help gauge some idea. Where abouts in UK are you?0 -
Have no idea how many days tbh... Didn't get a breakdown, just an overall figure.Tough times never last longer than tough people.0
